Worth Buying ?

Golf has built a name for quality, engineering innovation and excellence over the years without stepping into the trap of 'money is no object' construction that some others seem to wallow in. The Savannah DL is so close to that Rolls Royce of touring vans, the Linwood, it's probably going to woo some Linwood customers away, especially if they're keen to use a sedan as the tow vehicle.

What do you get for the money ? Possibly the best caravan suspension system in the world, underneath a superbly rigid and tidy chassis. That alone ensures the Savannah DL tows and tracks brilliantly, and will continue to do so long after the others have shaken their rivets loose. Not that there are any rivets in those fantastic one-piece fibreglass walls.

That Savannah is worth every hard-earned penny, and comes guaranteed with a high resale value - no matter how long it takes you to part with it. If there's such a thing as good taste on wheels, this is it.
